Returns, Refunds & Final Sale
Returns of unused items in like-new condition are accepted within 30 days of receipt unless an item is marked final sale. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued after we inspect the return and are generally processed within seven business days. Shipping costs paid at purchase are not refundable. Final sale items include, but are not limited to, water filters, electrical components, pumps, solenoids and special-order parts, and any part that has been used or installed.
