One of our newest malas has 108 beads that have been hand strung and individually knotted. Hand knotted malas are one of our most requested items as they are great for counting mantras. This mala features a combination of rudraksha and lava rock beads on black cord with a matching black silk tassel.
Rudraksha beads are known for their healing properties and protective powers. By meditating with a rudraksha mala, it is believed to increase the ability to concentrate, giving clarity and peace of mind. These are natural seed beads that are 100% sustainable and sanded in a tumbler for comfort.
Lava rock is known for its grounding properties and is wonderful for calming the emotions. It is created from the center of the Earth and therefore is fantastic for stabilizing and grounding the root chakra.
Mala measures approximately 38 inches around. Beads are about 8mm. Tassel measures about 4 inches long. Made in Nepal.
