Many ancient beads traveled throughout India and Burma with Buddhist monks and traders anywhere from 500-1000 years ago.  This bead features beautiful agate banding and is almost translucent in some areas. It is a very tiny bead with two stripes with surface texture that reflects its age and authenticity.
