Our new Tibetan singing bowl was hand picked in Kathmandu from a stunning collection of carved singing bowls. This incredible bowl is cast, hammered, polished, and etched entirely by hand. It features a detailed image of Guru Rinpoche, or Padmasambhava, inside of the bowl along with the mantra of compassion, Om Mani Padme Hum, in Tibetan script on the outside.
Padmasambhava was a historical teacher who is said to have finally converted Tibet to Buddhism. He was a renowned scholar, meditator, and magician, and his mantra suggests his rich and diverse nature.
Bowl measures approximately 8.5 inches in diameter and is about 4 inches deep. Handmade in Nepal.
