This bowl is 11 x 5.5 inches with a tone of Eb4 319hz, aligning it with the Solar Plexus Chakra. It has a weight of albs 14oz and dates back to about mid-twentieth century. This bowl can be used as a gong or for striking only, as it is very difficult to sing. Will include a red wool mallet for this purpose.
