One of our new singing bowls hand picked by Sander.  This is a medium sized and beautifully hand hammered one-of-a-kind bowl.  Dates within the last 50 years.  Measures approximately 9 inches in diameter and is about 4 inches deep.

Rings at a G note, 438Hz, when struck with a woolen mallet.  This resonates with the Throat Chakra.  This chakra influences communication, dreaming, artistic expression, good judgment, self-belief, wisdom, and truthfulness.  When the Throat Chakra is balanced, it allows for free communication, helping us to feel centered and happy.  It also helps us to connect with our higher guidance during meditation.
