• This is a medium sized, beautifully aged, hand hammered singing bowl.  Truly a one-of-a-kind bowl with gorgeous signs of age and wear including a dark finish with natural patina inside.  With these antique details and a rich tone, it shows and sings beautifully.

On his last trip to Nepal in 2019, Sander was able to play hundreds of antique bowls from this collection.  He carefully selected only a few dozen bowls, including this one, for their high quality sound and unique physical characteristics.

Tibetan singing bowls are said to promote relaxation, harmony, and offer many healing properties including chakra balancing.  A great partner in meditation, yoga, and other chakra clearing exercises.

Bowl rings at a F# note when struck with a woolen mallet.  This note resonates with the Heart Chakra, which is the center of real, unconditional affection, spiritual growth, compassion, devotion and love.

Bowl measures approximately 7.25 inches in diameter and is about 4 inches deep.  Comes with a traditional wooden striker.
